The Coffee at True North

Our baristas, Patrik and Victor, have some amazing coffee prepared for you during True North.

They have selected two singles from the producer Jose Antonio Salaverria in the Apaneca Ilamatepac region in El Salvador. The beans have been manually roasted in a Loring Smart Roast — which brings forward a clean taste and is environment friendly — at our favourite coffee shop and roaster da Matteo in Gothenburg.

During Friday you will be drinking “La Esmeralda”:

Arabica type: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra
Altitude: 1200 meters above sea level
Harvest: November - March
Process method: Natural
Taste profile: Fruity and nutty with a hint of chocolate

On Saturday you will be enjoying “San Francisco”:

Arabica type: Bourbon
Altitude: 1450 meters above sea level
Harvest: November - March
Process method: Washed
Taste profile: Chocolate, sweet and elegant
